John O'Brien
President
John is the President and CEO of Consensus Construction. He holds a degree in Engineering and Business from Drexel University. With over 20 years of diverse construction and design experience serving both public and private sectors. An expert in areas of construction management, design build, estimating, planning, contract administration, and value engineering. An innovated thinker and a detailed orientated individual with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. He benchmarks the project goals and sets the bar high for his project team regarding attention to site safety, cost containment, adherence to the schedule, quality control and client satisfaction.
He resides in Surfside Beach with his wife, Lynn and 3 amazing children Michael, Katherine and Isabella.
Jon "Doc" Dougherty
Vice President
Mr. Dougherty has over 15 years experience in large scale construction projects. The projects consist of Federal, State, and local government work. He has extensive experience in remediation, flood protection, site infrastructure, high rise construction, pharmaceutical, retail, and hospital work. Mr. Dougherty is responsible with the overall on-site field administration, supervision, estimating and technical management for all construction operations including direct supervision of superintendents, foremen, trade / subcontractors and other construction-related personnel. Mr. Dougherty is also responsible the planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals and maintaining a safe workplace. He is involved with the construction of a building from demolition, excavation and foundation phase through actual construction, then to turnover to the owner.
David Sisk

25 years general contracting experience serving in various professional capacities, most market sectors and varied geographic markets. Business Development participation in a dynamic Design Build market. Preconstruction Director background in Design Build and hard bid. Chief Estimator for extremely diverse range of construction sectors. Document
design and implementation for management purposes. Program Presenter for CIS and Building Envelope Councils.
